I. The Lord is My Salvation (1-3)

1. When did David sing this? How was Saul not his enemy? Who is the subject of the song?

2. Who was the Lord to David as described in verses 2 and 3? How is Jesus all these? (1 Peter 2:4; Matt. 7:24; 2 Sam. 5:6-7; Acts 2:38-39; and 1 Cor. 15:22) Is your relationship to the Lord Jesus as personal as it was to David?

II. I Called to the Lord (4-7)

3. Note the nouns and verbs in verses 5 and 6? What did he do in such peril? (4, 7) How did the Lord respond? What can we learn? (Matt. 28:20)

III. The Lord Thundered From Heaven (8-16)
