I. Judges (16:18-20)

1. What are judges? (18) How should one serve as judges? (19) What happens when judges are just? (20) How did the apostles establish a similar system among the church? (Acts 14:23; and 1 Cor. 6:1-6; 1 Tim. 5:17; Titus 1:5-9)

II. Laws of Morality (16:21-17:7)
